It has 1 bedroom with 2 beds ( 1 matrimonial bed and one armchair bed); one bathroom with a shower; a small living/dining area and a well equipped kitchen. The guests can enjoy outside meals on the private balcony . Electric mountain bikes are available in place. One day free usage is offered by the property to allow the guests to explore the surroundings. Private boat tours are available on request and prior reservation The small town of Brissago , on the western shores of Lake Maggiore, is in the Ticino canton, close to the Italian border. The town has everything guests need for a relaxed holiday. The ferry terminal (15 minutes walk) allows visitors access to the famous Brissago Islands. With their sub-tropical botanical gardens and restaurants, they make a great day trip. The Beach of Brissago ,caressed by the waves of the Maggiore Lake and spread over the vast area, provides guests with various facilities, like swimming pools, including the swimming pool for children, slide (75 meters), cocktail bar and a restaurant. The beach is equipped with deck chairs and umbrellas and has a comfortable access for swimming in the lake. For more adventurous guests, there are many activities in the area including hiking, mountain biking, rock climbing and water sports. Boat tours are available on request.
