ontemporary furnishings in 18th-century surroundings. The airy living room has an elegant wooden floor, a sofa, an armchair, flatscreen TV and a carved stone fireplace. Across the landing, the modern kitchen/dining room is equally stylish. The kitchen is well-equipped with an induction hob, oven, dish washer, fridge-freezer, toaster, boiler and automatic coffee machine. The dining table seats 8 people.
All the rooms and patio have awesome views of the surrounding park, the waterfall and the Lake Maggiore. All the furniture including kitchen/fridge/freezer/oven/induction oven etc are brand new, except for antique decor items and pictures.
Entire Palazzo Branca is at guests' disposal.

The property is situated in solitaire position in the natural park of Sacro Monte, very close to the village of Brissago.
The small town of Brissago (10 minute walk), on the western shores of Lake Maggiore, is in the Ticino canton, close to the Italian border. The town has everything guests need for a relaxed holiday. The ferry terminal (15 minutes walk) allows visitors access to the famous Brissago Islands. With their sub-tropical botanical gardens and restaurants, they make a great day trip.
The Beach of Brissago ,caressed by the waves of the Maggiore Lake and spread over the vast area, provides guests with various facilities, like swimming pools, including the swimming pool for children, slide (75 meters), cocktail bar and a restaurant. The beach is equipped with deck chairs and umbrellas and has a comfortable access for swimming in the lake.
For more adventurous guests, there are many activities in the area including hiking, mountain biking, rock climbing and water sports. Boat tours are available on request.
Electric mountain bikes are available at the premises. The property grants the guests one day free usage of the bikes to explore the surrounding areas (subject to prior reservation, please contact the hosts for the details of the promotion) At request, guided private bike tours are available.
The closest international airport is in Italy, Milan Malpensa 1 hour 50 minutes by car.
Guests can also enjoy the wonderful facilities of nearby Brenscino hotel like breakfast, tennis court, and mini golf on request.
